Last year when I initially started with the idea of getting fit and toning the body, I opted for the Runtastic Six Pack App for Android.
What I like about this app is that it really takes into account that the user is a beginner. At first the exercises/workouts are not that difficult and the quantities of repetitions are a few. The repetitions however increase daily by 2 and after a few days you can feel the heat.
Basically you start with Level 1 exercises where you will have 10 training days. This is followed by Level 2, with 15 days and finally Level 3 with 25 days.
Currently I am still in Level 1 and have completed Day 7 yesterday. Although I do additional exercises I can surely feel that the workouts are getting tougher.
