I am turning 42 in March 2017 and decided it is time for a change. As a youngster I did lots of sport and was fit, but after 3 knee operations that stopped.

Together with an office job, roughly 60 cigarettes a day and regular booze, I just did not felt as perfect as when I was 15.

During the end of 2016 I decided this will change. No more smoking, get the body and fitness levels up again and generally live a healthier lifestyle.
